Applying for non-immigrant (tourists) visas to USA
This is not a refugee program, only B1/B2 not immigration/tourist visas. You can now apply for accelerated B1/B2 visas for family members of US citizens.
1) If you have close relatives who are US citizens (spouses or children) who want to enter the US on a non-immigration visa.
a. If you have already scheduled an interview at the US Embassy in Warsaw, but you want to expedite it, you can request for expedite through

b. If you have already started the process of applying for a non-immigration visa in Ukraine, you can send an email to Support-Poland@ustraveldocs.com requesting to transfer your interview to Warsaw.
c. If you have not yet signed up for an interview, follow the following process:
If you register in Warsaw: https://www.ustraveldocs.com/pl/en/step-4
Choose the visa category "*C1/D*" (crew), even if you are not a crew member or have nothing to do with them. Don't worry, this is the category you need to choose just so you can sign up for your upcoming interview date. When you come to the embassy, there they will correct the B2 visa category themselves.
If you sign up in Krakow: https://www.ustraveldocs.com/pl/en/step-4
choose the visa category "*F*" (student), even if you are not a student and have nothing to do with them. Don't worry, this is the category you need to choose just so you can sign up for your upcoming interview date. When you come to the embassy, there they will correct the B2 visa category themselves.
d. If you are unable to set an interview using the methods described above, you can request a group interview https://ustraveldocs.com/pl/en/group-appointments
and suggest a convenient date for you. Once you have submitted an inquiry, you must receive a response via email with instructions to set an interview. I think this option should be used only as an extreme case, as the consulate is overloaded and will not always respond quickly.
2) If you are Ukrainian and you do not have close relatives in the USA (wife or children), but a US citizen can accept you in the USA (not an immediate relative, friend, business partner):
a. If you have already scheduled an interview at the US Embassy in Warsaw, but you want to expedite it, you can request expedite it via https://www.ustraveldocs.com/pl/en/expedited-appointment
b. If you have already started the process of applying for a non-immigration visa in Ukraine, you can send an email to Support-Poland@ustraveldocs.com requesting to transfer your interview to Warsaw.
c. If you have not yet booked for an interview, try to book an interview in Warsaw or the US Consulate in Krakow via https://www.ustraveldocs.com/pl/en/step-4
